We currently deliver across the Kingdom of Bahrain, including Manama, Riffa, Muharraq, Isa Town, Hamad Town, and surrounding areas with free delivery.
Delivery timeframes
Most orders are delivered within 1-2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on Thursday evening, Friday, or Saturday are typically processed the next business day.
Delivery charges
Delivery fees (if any) are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. We may offer free delivery over a certain order value this will be shown at checkout when it applies.
Order confirmation & payment
Cash on Delivery orders are confirmed automatically. BenefitPay orders are confirmed once we receive your payment screenshot via WhatsApp — usually within 30 minutes.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a tracking link. You can also log in and check "My orders" from the account menu on the site at any time to see your current order status and tracking details.
Failed delivery attempts
If our courier can't reach you at the address or number provided, we'll attempt to contact you via WhatsApp or phone to reschedule. Please make sure your delivery address and mobile number are accurate at checkout.
