Who we are
Souqify-bh is an online store built for people in Bahrain who want to shop with confidence. The store is owned and operated by AIN ZAHARA GENERAL TRADING W.L.L, and Souqifybh is the brand name our customers know us by. Everything you see on this website, from the products we choose to the way we pack and deliver them, is handled with the aim of making online shopping feel simple, honest and familiar.
We are a small team, and we like it that way. It means every order matters to us, every message gets read by a real person, and every customer is treated the way we would want to be treated ourselves.
Why we started
Online shopping in this part of the world has not always been easy. Prices are often inflated by import markups, delivery can take much longer than promised, and many shoppers are understandably nervous about paying in advance for something they have never held in their hands. We started Souqify-bh to change that experience for our neighbours and friends across the Kingdom.
Our idea was straightforward. Offer products that are worth buying, keep the prices fair and clearly shown in BHD, deliver quickly, and let customers pay only when the order is in their hands. Our tagline says it best: Shop More. Pay Less.
What we sell
Our catalogue is kept focused on purpose. You will find stylish watches for everyday wear, wellness products that bring a little comfort into daily life, lifestyle items that make the home and routine easier, entertainment gadgets for fun evenings, and beautifully put together gift hampers for birthdays, anniversaries and special surprises.
Before a product is added to the store, we look at its quality, its usefulness and whether it offers real value for the price. If we would not be happy to receive it ourselves, it does not make the list. Every product we sell is genuine, and we describe each one as accurately as we can so that what arrives matches what you saw on the screen.
Shop with zero worry
We know that paying online can feel like a leap of trust, which is why Cash on Delivery sits at the heart of how we work. You place your order, we prepare it, and you pay only when the courier arrives at your door and you have had a chance to check your package. There is no advance payment and no need to enter card details on our website. Delivery across Bahrain
We deliver throughout the Kingdom of Bahrain, including Manama, Riffa, Muharraq, Isa Town, Hamad Town and the areas around them. Most orders reach customers within one to two business days of confirmation, and you can follow the progress of your order from your account at any time. When you send us a message on WhatsApp, you are talking to a real person who can look into your order, answer your questions and help you choose the right product. We would much rather spend a few extra minutes helping you get it right than leave you wondering what to do next.
Our promise to you
Every order is checked before it leaves us. If something arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours with a few photos and we will arrange a replacement or a refund. For everything else, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.
